Each real estate agent and each real estate brokerage is international. The instant any of our listing hits our local MLS it goes “viral” around the world on homes.com, realtor.com, zillow.com, redfin.com and multiple other internet outlets as well as showing up on every other real estate company’s website. It is a simple fact that no agent or company has a bigger reach than another.

So, instead of fighting against that reality I choose to work with it.

I don’t spend my time and resources trying to set up a better search site or a better marketing plan. None of those things can truly differentiate me.

The best success I’ve had is working with you as you use those other search tools. The people I work with text or email me links to anything they see of interest in their searches. At the same time, once you and your needs/desires are on my radar, I am constantly keeping tuned into anything that might be a fit that is either hitting our MLS or is not yet publicly being marketed. It truly is a collaboration.
